FAQ's
Is there a minimum to become a prep centre partner?
No. There is no minimum requirement of how many units you have to send in, it can be as little as one. However, the more you send the better the pricing.
Do you accommodate for pallets?
We do accept pallet deliveries. For wholesale orders, we are equipped to handle the receipt, unloading, and storage of multiple pallets and containers in house.
What is your turn around time?
We aim to get stock out within 24-48 hours of receiving the products.
What is your process for handling damaged items?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, if we receive your products damaged, we will notify you in order for you to resolve it with your supplier. After that is done we proceed with either returning the items or arraging for their proper disposal.
How do you process Dangerous Goods?
We go through the shipping plan process as normal and will dispatch your stock via one of our partnered couriers, insuring quick and safe delivery to the designated fulfilment centre.
What is your process of handling returns?
Our services extend to accepting items that have been recalled by Amazon. Upon receiving your stock, we subject them to a quality assessment. If they meet Amazon’s standards, we proceed with relisting. Otherwise, we ensure their proper disposal.
